The Black Vultures are an Energetic 4 piece Rock Band, hailing from the heart of the Gwent Valleys South Wales.

They recorded their debut single with local Producer Tom Williams (De’Lour) at Unit 13 Studios, Tredegar. The Song was Mastered by Chris Peet of North House Studio- Ebbw Vale.

The band consists of: Huw Williams – Singer/Rhythm Guitar / Aled Owen Jones – Lead Guitar / Mitch Casey – Bass & Backing Vocals / Brandon Pritchard – Drummer.

The band crafted their name, through their collective Love & Respect for bands ‘The Black Keys’ ‘Black Sabbath’ & ‘Them Crooked Vultures’ – Resulting in the creation of their title: ‘THE BLACK VULTURES.

Treat Me Like An Animal focuses on the imbalance within a relationship, but in a light hearted way, relating the treatment of one party as metaphorically treating the other as a physical animal. The song has an upbeat catchy arrangement which is somewhat anthemic in its delivery.

Treat Me Like An Animal was self-released on 4th November 2023 to radio & all online streaming platforms. The debut single is also released with a band video recorded by local videographer Mike Banwell.

The band plan on releasing their follow up single ‘Never Say‘ during January 2024 (with a further video), whilst recording a 3rd single for release in March 2024. The band will also be recording an EP during early 2024 with Welsh-based producer Chris Peet (North House Studio- Ebbw Vale).

The Black Vultures have played relentlessly throughout 2023 – Continuing to grow their name across Wales, by playing energetic, catchy songs & engaging crowds through their ever growing showmanship!
