Disclaimer

The information on lotsofmuzik.com is published by Lots of Muzik for general information and entertainment. By using the Site you accept the points below. This Disclaimer is part of our Terms of Use.

Editorial content and opinions

Lots of Muzik is an independent music publication. Album reviews, concert reviews, interviews and commentary express the personal views of their authors and interviewees. They are not statements of fact about any artist, label, venue or company and do not necessarily reflect the views of everyone who contributes to the Site. A review is a critical opinion; you may reasonably disagree with it.

Accuracy and timeliness

We make a reasonable effort to publish accurate and up-to-date information. However, release dates, tracklists, lineups, tour and festival dates, ticket information and other details are supplied by bands, labels, promoters and publicists and are subject to change without notice. Always confirm important details, such as show times and ticketing, with the official source. If you spot an error, tell us at [email protected] and we will review it promptly.

Press materials and third-party content

News and release coverage may use press releases, promotional photographs, artwork, videos and audio provided by artists, labels, management and PR teams, or embedded from public platforms such as YouTube. All trademarks, logos, artwork, recordings and other materials remain the property of their owners and are used for news reporting, criticism, commentary and review. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Rights holders can request credit, changes or removal through our Copyright & DMCA page.

Interviews and submissions

Interview responses represent what the interviewee told us at the time. We edit for length and clarity but do not verify every claim made by third parties.

Links and external sites

Articles link to external websites, including streaming services, retailers, social networks and band pages. We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for their content, products, services or privacy practices, and a link is not a recommendation to buy or use anything.

Affiliate and commercial relationships

If a page contains sponsored content or affiliate links, we will identify it as such. Editorial opinions are not for sale.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lots of Muzik is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the Site, from errors or omissions, or from the content or conduct of third parties. Use of the Site and its content is at your own risk.
