Welcome to Lots of Muzik. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lotsofmuzik.com (the “Site”). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site

Lots of Muzik is an independent music publication that publishes news, album reviews, interviews, videos, concert reviews and a release calendar. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Our content and intellectual property

Their presence does not mean that Lots of Muzik is affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those parties. 5. Opinions, reviews and accuracy

Reviews, interviews and opinion pieces reflect the views of their authors and interviewees, not necessarily those of Lots of Muzik. We work to publish accurate and current information, but release dates, tracklists, tour dates and other details come from third parties and can change. We do not warrant that the Site is complete, accurate or up to date.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or other users’ accounts; interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware, overloading our servers or bypassing security measures; send spam or unsolicited promotions through our contact channels; harass, threaten or defame others; or misrepresent your identity or your relationship with Lots of Muzik.

7. Submissions and communications

If you send us press materials, images, links, interview answers or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and you grant Lots of Muzik a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit and publish it on the Site and our social channels in connection with coverage. Sending a submission does not guarantee publication. If comments are enabled, you are responsible for what you post, and we may remove comments at our discretion.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including streaming platforms, stores and social networks. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

9. Donations

If you choose to support Lots of Muzik through a donation or “Buy Us a Coffee” link, the transaction is handled by a third-party payment provider under its own terms. Donations are voluntary, are not a purchase of goods or services, and are generally non-refundable.
