The Dread Crew of Oddwood Launch Lawful Evil 10 Year Anniversary North American Tour

Oct 5, 2026

Southern California’s acoustic metal brigade The Dread Crew of Oddwood has set sail on the Lawful Evil 10 Year Anniversary Tour, a North American run celebrating a decade of their acclaimed fourth album, Lawful Evil. The pirates launch the trek tomorrow, October 6, in Detroit, and a new EP is set to follow in early 2027.

Released in 2016, Lawful Evil delivered fourteen hard-partying tracks and more than forty-two minutes of the band’s self-styled “heavy mahogany” attack, all played on acoustic instruments. The album pushed the band to a new level of popularity worldwide, with touring across North America, the UK and Europe, including performances at Wacken Winter Nights in 2019.

Their fifth album, 2024’s Rust & Glory, took them across North America in support of Týr alongside Trollfest and Æther Realm. The band played 70000Tons of Metal in 2025 and returned to Europe earlier this year with Korpiklaani, Finntroll, Heidevolk and Trollfest on the Heidenfest 2026 Tour.

“The Lawful Evil 10 Year Anniversary Tour marks our first headlining tour in North America since the first Lawful Evil Tour in 2016, which means more time for stage antics! We’ll be returning to dominate the seas in familiar territory and we’re brimming with excitement to scour cities previously unexplored.”

Two Legs, East and West

The tour is split into two phases. The first runs from October 6 through 17 across the eastern United States and Canada, and the second hits the West Coast, the Southwest and Western Canada from December 2 through 11.

Ahead of the run, the band unleashed the single “Rust & Glory”, mixed and mastered by Anna Murphy (Cellar Darling, ex-Eluveitie) with artwork by Lutlucker Art. Stream it here.
