British rocker Chez Kane has unveiled her brand new single “Strip Me Down”, out now via Frontiers Music Srl along with an official music video. The track is taken from her latest studio album Reckless, released in March.
The release also features “Hot Wired Heart”, a previously unreleased b-side now available on all streaming platforms.
Chez Kane has established herself as one of the most exciting voices in modern melodic rock, carrying the larger-than-life spirit of the genre’s golden era into the present with soaring vocals, infectious hooks and plenty of charisma. Reckless, her third studio album, delivered a collection of arena-ready anthems, slick guitar work and unapologetic ’80s swagger, bigger in sound and richer in emotion than anything before it.
Once again, the album was written and produced by Danny Rexon, frontman of Swedish hard rockers Crazy Lixx, continuing the creative partnership that has shaped Chez’s solo career. Together they celebrate the glory days of melodic and hard rock while injecting them with fresh energy and modern production. With “Strip Me Down”, Chez opens the next chapter, offering another dose of attitude and melodic firepower and a first taste of what comes next.
“Strip Me Down is another little piece of the “Reckless” story and I definitely wanted to turn up the heat with this one! It’s sexy, playful and a little bit naughty, with a real sense of temptation and attitude. Just when you thought we’d finished with “Reckless”, we’ve got a brand new music video for “Strip Me Down” and a bonus track included.”
