Entheos have released a video for “Hell Is A Part Of Me,” the opening track of their new album Empty On The Inside, out now on Metal Blade Records. The clip was directed by Malcolm Pugh.

“‘Hell is A Part of Me’ is about taking ownership of your own darkness. It’s about acknowledging those parts of yourself rather than pretending they don’t exist. […] It’s about understanding that pain can be something that you acknowledge within yourself, but it doesn’t define who you are.”

Chaney Crabb, vocals

Crabb adds that the song “really encompasses the spirit of our band as a whole with catchy riffs, anthemic choruses and a heavy breakdown.” The band previously shared videos for “Golden Crown” and “Undone.”

Their Most Ambitious Record

Empty On The Inside features Crabb, who also voices Jill Valentine in Dead By Daylight, and multi-instrumentalist Navene Koperweis (ex-Animals As Leaders), joined by guitarists Scott Carstairs (Fallujah) and Michael Stancel (Allegaeon). It was produced by Mark Lewis (The Black Dahlia Murder, Whitechapel), mastered by Justin Sturtz at Sterling Sound, and features artwork by Zac Shiffer. Metal Hammer noted that it is less progressive and less death metal oriented than their earlier work, yet just as intense, while Dead Rhetoric called it one of the best releases of 2026. Crabb fans will also remember her guest spot with Abstracted.

The album is out on CD, digital and LP in several color variants, including a fluorescent pink band exclusive.

Our Take

Entheos have traded some of their tech-death complexity for big hooks, and “Hell Is A Part Of Me” proves it was the right call. Crabb’s range is the star here, switching from vicious screams to soaring cleans without losing intensity. Opening for TesseracT should introduce them to a whole new audience.
