UK-based prog band RETURNED TO THE EARTH is pleased to release the new album Stalagmite Steeple today via Giant Electic Pea. The follow-up to the critically acclaimed “Fall of the Watcher,’ the new album is another intriguing journey through main man Robin Peachey’s particular take on life.
Robin Peachey had this to say about the album and single:
“After 3 years of writing and recording, it’s very exciting to finally be releasing the new album and I hope people enjoy what we’ve done.
“‘Stalagmite Steeple’ is the title track and centre piece of the album. It’s a track about grief but continuing to move forward despite the pain. It’s the longest of the six tracks on the album and the idea was to write a song where it continued to evolve and change throughout and no section would repeat.”
“It’s a career highlight for Returned to the Earth, and one of the highest quality albums of 2024.”
