THE TROUSERS Release Cover EP: “Garage Nights Revisited”

The Trousers Band Members

Budapest-based garage/hard rockers The Trousers – after recording six studio albums – decided to release an EP containing the cover version of some of their favorite songs that they often play at their live shows. The title of the record, Garage Nights Revisited is a reference to Metallica’s famous cover EP from 1987.

The covers are all coming from the 1970’s, where the band’s musical roots go back to. The songs are the following:

1. Pretty Vacant (Sex Pistols)
2. High Voltage (AC/DC)
3. Judy is a Punk (Ramones)
4. You Gotta Move (The Rolling Stones)
5. 20th Century Boy (T. Rex)

All the recorded tunes are raw and energetic, according to The Trousers’ musical style, and the basics (drums, bass, guitars) were recorded live to give an authentic garage-rock feeling. The album can be listened to at all well-knowns streaming platforms.

The Trousers are actually preparing for their seventh studio LP, while in October they will have a mini-tour in Germany with Slovakian punk-legends Konflikt.
