Obscura have surprised fans with a brand new music video for “The Prolonging”, a standout track from their latest album A Sonication. The clip was once again directed by Mirko Witzki, known for his work with Arch Enemy, Powerwolf and Kreator.
The release lands just days before the German tech-death masters cross the Atlantic for the Mexican leg of their A Sonication World Tour. Frontman Steffen Kummerer says the song became one of the shortest and fastest tracks the band has ever recorded, and quickly turned into a fan favourite on recent tours.
“We are looking forward to bringing The Prolonging back to the stage on our upcoming tours across North America, Europe & the UK.”
