About W.A.S.P. and KK’s Priest
Led by founder, lead vocalist and primary songwriter Blackie Lawless, W.A.S.P. became one of the most controversial bands in rock history, banned in several countries and even the subject of US Senate hearings, while selling millions of records over four decades. K.K. Downing co-founded Judas Priest and played with the band for 40 years before launching KK’s Priest. A Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, he helped lay the foundation of heavy metal as half of one of the genre’s most iconic guitar duos.
