Angra have released a live video for “Lisbon,” one of the most recognizable songs in their catalog, built from footage gathered across several recent Brazilian shows.

The clip pairs a live audio recording from the band’s set at Porão do Rock in Brasília with visuals stitched together from Porão do Rock, Bangers Open Air, Espaço Unimed in São Paulo and Santa Bárbara Rock Fest. Maycon Avelino directed and produced.

Rather than presenting a single performance, the video threads those dates together around the connection Angra has built with its audience over the years.

“I’m very happy with the warm reception our new vocalist, Alirio Neto, has received from the audience, and our new live video for ‘Lisbon’ shows exactly that,” said Rafael Bittencourt.

The crowd gets equal footing with the band. Faces, sing-alongs and reactions from different cities appear as much as the performance itself, giving the piece the feel of a scrapbook of a song’s life on stage rather than a standard concert video.

Keeping the Porão do Rock audio preserves the in-the-room quality. The melodic core is intact, but crowd noise and room atmosphere sit up front, closer to what it actually feels like to watch Angra play it live.

Written by Andre Matos, “Lisbon” remains one of the band’s most enduring songs, and this version wraps it in the human side of a live show.

Holy Land At 30

The release lands during a big year. Angra are currently touring behind the 30th anniversary of Holy Land, the 1996 album widely considered a cornerstone of their discography. Three decades on, those songs are back on stage as part of a run built around memory, Brazilian identity and the album’s role in putting the band on the map internationally.

A major stop comes September 12 in Athens, where Angra headline Rock Hard Festival Greece 2026 at Technopolis City of Athens. Former guitarist Kiko Loureiro joins them for the occasion.

The broader tour covers Brazil, Europe and Asia, including another reunion with Loureiro at L’Olympia in Paris, plus two São Paulo shows featuring guest spots from Luis Mariutti and Edu Falaschi. The Japan leg wraps the currently announced dates with a show at Full Metal Japan alongside Loureiro and Falaschi.
